Zefro Store is a student-run mobile accessories business based in Kerala, India. We operate as a social-commerce catalog, facilitating orders through WhatsApp and Instagram.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram. An order is confirmed only after we explicitly confirm availability, price, and delivery details with you.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed during your order conversation is the final price.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Kerala. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
5. Returns & Replacements
We offer replacements for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Items damaged by misuse are not eligible. Contact us on WhatsApp with photos to initiate a replacement request.
